Duncan Terrace is a listed building. This project was a design and build project for a long standing existing client. The works involved the formation of a garden room at lower ground floor level and a sun glass sun room above as well as the reconfiguration of the existing lower ground floor to form a self contained area with bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. We worked with the client’s Architect and our Structural Engineer to ensure that the design met the clients’ expectations. The works were completed within 30 weeks and on budget.
